Standard Equipment
Printed parts are removed from the job load and unprinted sand is conveyed to reclaimed sand storage for later re-use.
Quick Connect couplings are used to easily remove the print bar assembly for major maintenance.
Optional Equipment
Sand and catalyst(s) are gently mixed on-site in a mixer specifically designed to ensure that all sand is uniformly coated.
High-speed printer output prevents super sack handling issues. Modular tanks and conveyor systems are available if additional bulk tanks are needed.
We recommend the purchase of an additional cleaning table system to provide vacuum assistance for brushed sand removal from complex molds or delicate cores.
